This is offered as a free bonus services and comes with no guarantees or promises, it may be withdrawn at any time without notice at our discretion. We are not responsible for third party firmware and features, addons, plugins or third party services and the availability of such services on this receiver (such as YouTube, etc.). Your warranty covers receiver hardware only and is not extended to software updates or setup, we may however extend this at our discretion to offer support for FTA (free to air) reception where the service provider permits connection to their network. We only accept payment in Euros. Prices shown on this site in any other currencies are for guidance only.
All prices on this website include VAT at 23% unless stated otherwise.
Celtic TV Services Limited and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy, and take our responsibilities regarding the privacy of you information very seriously. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This policy explains how we use any information and how we protect your privacy.
Only designated employees from our establishment have access to your information in order to process your order. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION

We are committed to protecting your privacy and take our responsibilities regarding the security of your credit card information very seriously.
When making an order by telephone, fax or post and paying by credit/debit card your full card data will be held no longer than is necessary to process and dispatch your order. Where applicable we will provide you with the customer copy of the credit/debit card receipt and we will keep the merchant copy which will be kept with a printed copy of your order details in a secure area. We are required to keep a record of transaction details for up to 6 years for tax and accounts purposes.
When making an order online and paying by credit/debit card your information will be stored on a third party secure server provided by SagePay who are our online credit and debit card payment processor. SagePay use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that your credit or debit card details cannot be read as they travel over the Internet. SagePay only make available to Celtic TV Services Limited part of the card details that is enough for Celtic TV Services Limited to choose to accept or decline an order. Celtic TV Services Limited will not be provided with the a full customer card number, only the last 4 digits will be provided for verification purposes. Your credit / debit card information is held in the SagePay secure server area for 31 days in which time Celtic TV Services Limited must accept payment and process your order or the payment will become void and be indicated as declined on the SagePay system and no longer available to process
Details of all online transactions will be held for up to 5 years for tax and accounts purposes.
To prevent unauthorized access and use of your information, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. Your credit card information can only be exchanged between you and us.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND DESPATCHED WE WILL DISTROY ALL CARD DETAILS BAR THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR CARD WHICH ARE SAVED ON FILE WITH YOUR ORDER FOR CROSS REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Celtic TV Services Limited and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Celtic TV Services Limited does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Celtic TV Services Limited itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.

DIGITAL RECEIVER FIRMWARE/SOFTWARE

Celtic TV Services Limited supply all digital receivers pre-installed with the manufacturers default firmware unless stated otherwise. This in most cases will be for use as FTA (free to air) reception only. We do not offer support for any third party software/firmware or patches unless we have specifically stated otherwise and in some cases the loading/patching of software/firmware may void your warranty. Your warranty covers the actal receiver hardware only, this does not extend to setup and installation of the equipment though we may at our discretion extend this to provide support for use with FTA reception but strictly only where the provider permits for connection to their network. This includes all digital receivers we supply unless we have specifically stated otherwise.

VIEWING CARDS

Celtic TV Services Limited are not in control of satellite transmissions. With respect to all subscription based products, please be aware that all sales are final once subscriptions are activated / registered with the broadcaster, we are not able to offer any refunds or to accept returns once a viewing card has been activated or activation requested. Celtic TV Services Limited act merely as agents for overseas broadcasters and are not in control of card activation times or any card entitlements update times and whilst we will provide unlimited support as best we can for equipment we have sold we are actually only “contracted” to supply the satellite equipment (receivers, CAM, viewing card etc.) and not to supply programmes or guarantee card updates. We therefore cannot be held responsible should a broadcaster (or any affiliated company or service supplier) cease broadcasting, change encryption type, move frequency or make any change to the broadcast transmission or its content or card updates what so ever including merging with other broadcasters or re-branding of their services. If current legislation changes then it may become illegal to renew or assist in the service of subscriptions. Viewing by minors of any adult material is prohibited; the end user must take appropriate steps to ensure parental controls are in force.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS (within 30 days of arrival)

Orders arriving to the customer where the customer no longer requires the item(s) and wishes to return their product will be accepted for return providing we are notified in writing within 30 working days of arrival and subject to the following conditions: Item(s) over 30 days of arrival or items which are custom made and/or a one off special order will not be considered for return. Where a product is returned as no longer required we aim to either offer exchange or refund in full (at the buyers choice) within 7 working days of the item(s) arriving back with Celtic TV Services Limited but in any event within 30 working days. Should you feel this has not been the case then please contact Celtic TV Services as soon as possible quoting your RMA number (see details below) and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Item(s) returned for refund where the customer has simply changed their mind may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if the item(s) are in any way no longer to be considered as new and/or been subject to what constitutes reasonable use in terms of allowing inspection as would be allowed should the item be viewed ‘in store’.
The buyer will be responsible for all return delivery costs and the safe return of any goods no longer required to Celtic TV Services Limited.
In the case of all item(s) being returned (faulty/refund/exchange) in the first instance the customer should call the Celtic TV Services Limited sales line on 0116 2987181 or open a new RMA ticket request on the Celtic TV Services Retail Client Portal providing us with full purchase details and reason you require to return the goods. We may in some instances request further information regarding your reason for return before we are able to issue a returns RMA number. Upon providing us with full details of your reason for return and purchase details you will be provided with an RMA form and number. Using the supplied RMA form and including this with the actual hardware return will be considered as fulfilment of your written return request. All returns received without first providing a written returns request may be refused and/or subject to return delivery costs where applicable.
Your order can not be cancelled and/or accepted for return when:
There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services (e.g. pre paid smart cards or cams)
The warranty seal has been broken on any item
The goods were a special order built to your specification
If any illegal software / firmware / patches are found to been loaded to the receiver
Your order is a pre-order as this is treated as a deposit for goods therefore non-refundable
The goods have been used beyond what would be considered reasonable use for inspection

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS (within 30 days of arrival)

Orders arriving to the customer in a faulty condition where the customer no longer requires the item(s) and wishes to return their product will be accepted for return providing we are notified in writing within 30 working days of arrival and subject to the following conditions: Item(s) over 30 days of arrival or items which are custom made and/or a one off special order will not be considered for return for refund but repair/replacement will be offered subject to the products usual warranty period. Where a product is faulty we aim to either offer exchange or refund in full (at the buyers choice) within 7 working days of the item(s) arriving back with Celtic TV Services Limited but in any event within 30 working days. Should you feel this has not been the case then please contact Celtic TV Services Limited as soon as possible quoting your RMA number (see details below) and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
The buyer will be responsible for delivery and the safe return of any goods which are faulty, however Celtic TV Services Limited will reimburse the buyer up to a maximum of £10.00 to cover return delivery costs within 7 working days once the item(s) have arrived back with Celtic TV Services Limited within the permitted 30 days time frame and can be confirmed as faulty subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) returned for refund/repair within 30 days of arrival where no fault can be found will not be eligible for reimbursement of return delivery costs and where a refund is issued may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if the item(s) are in a used (no longer consider new) condition. Where no refund is issued then the customer may be subject to return delivery costs and/or technical support labour time.
In the case of all item(s) being returned (faulty/refund/exchange) in the first instance the customer should call the Celtic TV Services Limited sales line on 0116 2987181 or open a new RMA ticket request on the Celtic TV Services Retail Client Portal providing us with full purchase details and reason you require to return the goods. FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS (after first 14 days of arrival but within warranty period)

All receiver hardware products on this website carry a 12/24 month (dependent on product) hardware RTB (return to base) warranty unless stated otherwise – this does not extend to consumable items (including those supplied in addition to the main hardware product) such as remote controls, power supply, HDMI lead etc. which generally carry a 30 day warranty unless specified otherwise. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs to Celtic TV Services Limited and Celtic TV Services Limited will be responsible for any return delivery costs to the customer of a replacement and/or repaired product. All products will be repaired whenever possible, where this is not possible then a refund proportionate to period of ownership or alternative product may be offered but only where repair is not available within a reasonable amount of time. Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found will be charged for return shipping and handling costs. In the first instance the customer should call the Celtic TV Services Limited sales line on 0116 2987181 with full purchase details and a returns form will be provided for you which can be completed and included with the returned item(s). Celtic TV Services Limited must be notified of all returns in writing (using our returns form along with the actual hardware return constitutes a written return). All returns received without first providing a written returns request may be refused.

SPECIFICATIONS

Technical data, dimensions, weights, etc. are given as a general guide rule only, no guarantee is given or implied that the goods will conform in absolute detail to the descriptions and illustrations. Celtic TV Services Limited reserves the right to amend the specifications and to withdraw goods from sale without prior notice.

SUITABILITY

Other than those expressly stated Celtic TV Services Limited makes no representations as to the fitness or suitability of any goods for any purpose whatsoever.

12/24 MONTHS HARDWARE GUARANTEE

In addition to all benefits conferred on the buyer by statute Celtic TV Services Limited guarantees all receiver hardware for a period of 12/24 months (dependent on product) from the date of purchase, provided that: (a) it is established to the reasonable satisfaction of Celtic TV Services Limited that some part of the hardware used in the manufacture was defective, and the goods have been returned to seller, and (b) the goods have not been subject to misuse, damage or abuse of any kind.
This guarantee does not extend to fair wear and tear, peripheral items, software, firmware, blank smartcards, and subscription smartcards.
Peripheral devices and accessories provided alongside a main item (such as a remote control, external power supply etc.) and all other supplied items which can be subject to physical contact and operation are not subject to the same hardware guarantee period as the main hardware item and come with a standard 30 days RTB (return to base) warranty only unless stated otherwise.
warranty support is provided by Celtic TV Services Limited to the original purchaser of the goods only. We do not provide a transferable warranty to a third party except in exceptional circumstances and consideration to grant such permission will only be considered by written request.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please use the Contact Us page, quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Dispatch times are subject to time of order and availability.

INSPECTION OF GOODS ON DELIVERY

You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included and that the item(s) do not appear to have been damaged in transit. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 24 hours of receipt that there is a problem or if you wish to cancel your order in acceptance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. In the respect of suspected damage in transit we may request photos of the physical damage as well as pictures of the packaging the parcel arrived in. If you fail to take any action to report damaged and/or missing items to us within 24 hours of receipt then we will not be obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY Celtic TV Services Limited ON AN “:AS IS”: AND “:AS AVAILABLE”: BASIS. Celtic TV Services Limited MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, Celtic TV Services Limited DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Celtic TV Services Limited DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM Celtic TV Services Limited ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Celtic TV Services Limited WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Celtic TV Services Limited, you agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Celtic TV Services Limited or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Celtic TV Services Limited or to products you purchase through Celtic TV Services Limited shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the UK, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Celtic TV Services Limited intellectual property rights, Celtic TV Services Limited may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any county court of U.K., and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the current U.K. law. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Celtic TV Services Limited. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

01. General

The conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of goods or services by Celtic TV Services, henceforth known as the Company, and shall override and take the place of any other terms or conditions produced or referred to by the Customer. No other terms and conditions shall be included or implied unless previously agreed upon in writing by the Company, and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Conditions and the terms of the Customer’s order, these Conditions shall prevail.

No variation of, or addition to these Conditions will bind the Company, or form any part of the relevant Contract. No order placed may be cancelled, deferred or varied without the written agreement of an authorized representative of the Company.

02. Subject Matter

Under this Contract the person or company (herein after referred to as the CUSTOMER) who has used the online system for ordering services, authorize the Company to supply the services contracted. The CUSTOMER will pay for the services as indicated.

03. Contract Terms

A CUSTOMER of the Company ordering services via the online platform, will be able to cancel the present Contract by providing notice, within 7 days of its commencement, and will be reimbursed for the full amount paid.

For the 12-month contract, the CUSTOMER shall be entitled to terminate this Contract by giving 30 days’ written notice by email to [email protected] There will be no reimbursement or right of claim for equipment or installation charges whatsoever.

For pay as you go contracts, the above conditions apply, and with the monthly contract term running until the end of the current month, not for 30 days from service commencement.

04. Service Price

The price for the service chosen is indicated on our website. The CUSTOMER accepts and acknowledges the price is agreed upon at the commencement of the contract term. Any change in pricing will be communicated one month in advance of being applied.

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (which may increase if altered by law after the commencement of the Contract), which is charged at the prevailing rate and which the CUSTOMER shall be liable to pay the Company.

05. Invoicing and Payment

For 12 month contracts, the Company will invoice either monthly or annually the price to be paid for the services. For pay per use contracts, the CUSTOMER will be invoiced each month. Payments will be collected by DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

If the CUSTOMER fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available, the Company shall be entitled to cancel or suspend any existing contract.

If the client pays all the amounts outstanding and requests the reconnection of the service, the CUSTOMER will have to pay the amount of 40 Euros, exclusive of VAT, as a reconnection charge on each occasion.

06. Cancellation of Service

Cancellation of the service must be notified by email to [email protected], one calendar month in advance of the intended cancellation date, without prejudice to other factors covered by the standard contract termination terms.

07. Claims

08. Privacy of Communications

The Company undertakes to carry out all actions necessary to ensure that the privacy of communications with the CUSTOMER through its network. The Company is exonerated from any liability that may arise from the acquisition by the CUSTOMER or any third party, by recording or telephone conversations, its use of advertising and in general any act or omission not attributable directly to the company.

09. Release to Third Parties

The personal information and data provided to the Company by the CUSTOMER is solely for the use of the Company, and shall not be passed on to any third party without prior agreement.

10. Agreement Cancellation

In addition to the reasons provided above, this contract may be cancelled in any of the following circumstances:

  • The CUSTOMER delays payment for the period of more than 7 days.
  • The CUSTOMER is not entitled to any compensation or refund or other consideration from the Company.
  • The termination of the Contract does not exonerate the CUSTOMER from full payment for the service used, up to the date of termination.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by our country Law. The parties agree to submit any discrepancy to the courts where the CUSTOMER is domiciled.

12. Disclaimer

The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the service quality, conditions and the necessary equipment required so that the Service provided by the Company should function correctly. The CUSTOMER states that he has in his possession, or has authorized access to and permission to use such equipment for the receiving of the Service, and exonerates the Company of any failures whatsoever, due to the performance of, or poor quality of CUSTOMER provided equipment.

The Company cannot be held responsible for service interruption, suspension or removal, either temporary or permanent due to adverse weather conditions or other Force Majeure. For purposes of this agreement, Force Majeure, including Act of God, fire, flood, explosion, riot, war, hurricane, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, accident, third party failure, restraint of Government, Governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, and other similar events that are beyond reasonable anticipation and control of the Company.

The company cannot be held responsible for any changes, additions or removals of available channels.

13. Language

The official language of this contract is Spanish. The English version is provided for information purposes only. Where, as a curtesy service to the CUSTOMER, another language is used, the Company is not responsible for misunderstanding due to any errors in translation.

14. Equipment

The equipment supplied by the Company carries a one-year guarantee. In case of a fault during the term of guarantee the CUSTOMER is required to return the equipment, with all parts and original packaging, as directed by the Company, in the shortest time possible, all equipment for further investigation and examination. The guarantee shall be rendered void if the Company or its agents identifies or reasonably suspects negligent or inappropriate use as the cause of the equipment failure.

15. Shipping

All orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of payment. All packages within Spain will be shipped by Nacex 48 hour delivery, outside Spain will be sent via DHL. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen.
